Iran Gives EU new nuclear deadline

Guardian: Iran has given the EU until this afternoon to submit a list of incentives aimed at persuading it to delay its nuclear activities.
Gholam Ali Hadad Adel, Iran's parliamentary speaker, presented EU negotiators with the deadline to submit their proposals before Tehran would restart parts of its uranium processing programme.
Iran says the EU - represented by Britain, France and Germany - failed to meet a previous, Sunday deadline. However, the EU says it never agreed to a deadline and had told Iran "full and detailed proposals" would be delivered in a week.
